The end of the May Challenge is drawing to a close but it doesn't mean that you have to stop creating, I have put together a selection of gorgeous bowls, pots and dishes for you to make using your set of 6 templates, and its a great way to use up scraps.

1 3/4" Hexagon and Half Hexagon Pots
These pots are using your 1 3/4" Hexagon and Half Hexagon.
They are great to use in your sewing room, but the 2 larger pots can also be made with thermal wadding to make a can holder and a wine bottle holder to keep your drinks cool.
Small pot
This requires 3 x QAYG Hexagons and 4 x QAYG Half Hexagons. Once these are made lay them out as per the diagram below, and stitch together. I like to sew the top strip together and join it into a circle then sew the hexagon base on.

Medium Pot
This requires 5 x QAYG Hexagons and 4 x QAYG Half Hexagons. Once these are made lay them out as per the diagram below, and stitch together. I like to sew the top strip together and join it into a circle then sew the hexagon base on. Don't forget to use thermal wadding if you are making a drinks cooler.

Large Pot
This requires 9 x QAYG Hexagons and 4 x QAYG Half Hexagons. Once these are made lay them out as per the diagram below, and stitch together. I like to sew the top strip together and join it into a circle then sew the hexagon base on. Don't forget to use thermal wadding if you are making a drinks cooler.
